In January 2002, Tim Jackson resurrected DELTA-9 in St Louis, with
Bruce Hareford joining in early summer. The addition of Daryn Unterbrink
and Jason Martin in August completed the band. Their collective
influences coupled with an unsurpassed energy gave birth to a powerfully
provocative new class of aggressive rock. A dangerous distortion
eloquently tempered by a refined rhythm section and luminous vocals
coverge to spawn a serious rock-n-roll lifestyle and attitude.
By the end of 2002, the band had recorded their first demo cd together
and hit the local music scene in St. Louis. Captivating audiences
with their expressive music and explosive shows, DELTA-9 soon became
a regional showcase. With DELTA-9's ever expanding fanbase, the
band plans on touring this fall in addition to their local performances.
The band recorded their full length cd through the summer with the
help of Jupiter Studios and Jim Callahan producing in St. Louis.
Dedicated to their success, they are relentless in their strive
to produce innovative music that will resonate throughout the hearts
of all souls and patrons. Striving to make a breakthrough in the
music industry, DELTA-9 is currently in the process of taking the
next step to stardom.
